This petition has been filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned orders dated 30.10.1992, 30.11.1994 and 23.07.1996 (Annexures P-3, P-4 and P-6).

Mr. Harinder Singh Sandhu, Advocate appears and files his Memorandum of Appearance on behalf of respondent No.5 in Court today, which is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. 3.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner pleads no instructions.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
