Prayer in this petition is for issuance of direction to the learned Additional District Judge, Ludhiana to conclude proceedings in Arbitration Petition bearing No. ARB/34866/2013 dated 07.10.2013 titled as 'Satparkash Goyal and another versus Hira Lal Goyal and others,' filed under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 in a time bound manner, preferably within six months.

Matter, it is submitted, has been pending since 07.10.2013. Learned counsel submits that petitioner is a senior citizen and moreover, in terms of specific statutory provisions, matter should be decided expeditiously in a time bound manner.

Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the file with his assistance.

At this stage, this revision petition is disposed of with an observation that in case, necessary request/application is moved by the petitioner before the learned Additional District Judge, Ludhiana with a prayer for RITU SHARMA 2022.03.04 16:11 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
