**** Learned State counsel has pointed out to the judgment delivered by Additional District Judge, Bathinda decided on 16.3.2021. In para No. 18 of the judgment it is mentioned that during the course of arguments by learned counsel for the respondents, it was pointed out that respondents plaintiffs have already taken possession of suit property in question. The appeal has been filed by the State counsel against such judgment delivered by Additional District Judge, Bathinda. Learned State counsel prays that since there are certain defects in framing of the memorandum of appeal, he be permitted to withdraw the same at this stage. Learned State counsel submits that he has got instructions from Dr. Indu Malhotra, IAS, Secretary, Forest and Wild Life and Mr. Swarn Singh, Divisional Forest Officer, Bathinda to withdraw the present appeal since he intends to file fresh appeal after mentioning all the necessary facts PARVINDER SINGH 2022.12.09 17:01 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
