The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.2 dated 12.1.2021 registered under Sections 406, 498-A IPC at Police Station Amloh, District Fatehgarh Sahib.

By virtue of the order dated 19.4.2021, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join investigation. It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has joined the investigation and fully cooperated and thus, the interim order may kindly be made absolute.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Sukhwinder Singh, has endorsed the same and submitted that petitioner is no more required for further investigation.
