(Oral) The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of allotment of Company Owned Company Operated Retail Outlet Dealership of the respondent- Chandigarh Industrial & Tourism Development Corporation Ltd. (CITCO).
