       Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.09 dated 19.01.2022, registered at Police Station Lopoke, District Amritsar, under Section 61 of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914. Vide order dated 28.02.2022 passed by a Coordinate Bench, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.
