Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and while refraining from making any expression as regards the veracity of averments made in the petition, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3-Superintendent of Police, Hisar, District Hisar to look into the matter and to dispose of the representation dated 5.2.
