SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.45 dated 28.01.2025 under Sections 316(2) & 318 (4) of BNS, 2023 registered at P.S Sector 13/17, Panipat.

After arguing for some time and realizing that the Court is not convinced to grant the relief, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.

Prayer is accepted.
