Facts of the case are, complainant gave his statement that his elder daughter i.e. victim 'P' aged 15 years left the house on 08.08.2022 at about 8 am without informing anybody. He tried to locate his daughter but failed. She has been kidnapped by giving some allurement. 3.

As per the status report, investigation was carried out. Victim was recovered on 12.10.2024 along with her child aged about 9 months.

 
Victim was medically examined. Her statement was recorded before Magistrate under Section 183 of 0

Learned counsel for petitioner argued that FIR has been lodged due to some misunderstanding. Complainant Praveen as well as his wife have given their affidavits in his favour which are Annexures P-3 and P-4. In-fact, petitioner had performed marriage and out of this wedlock they have a son who is 9 months old. Birth certificate of the child is Annexure P-2. Alleged victim has not levelled any allegations against him when her statement was recorded under Section 183 of 0
