(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for quashing FIR No. 55 dated 06.12.2011 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 452, 427, 323, 148 and 149 IPC at Police Station Jhander, District Amritsar and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. On instructions from ASI Satpal Singh, learned State counsel submits that the instant petition has rendered infructuous, in view of filing of cancellation report way back on 15.09.2012, pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ajnala and the next date of hearing is 22.04.2020.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
