This petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (for short "the Arbitration Act") for appointment of an independent and impartial person as a sole Arbitrator. 2.
On 27.02.2024, this Court passed the following order:- "Concededly, petitioner has a claim against the respondents and he has filed a civil suit, Annexure P-6, for recovery of Rs.1,22,30,325/-, besides interest, etc. On a specific query as to whether the petitioner has invoked the Arbitration Clause, a request has been made for deferring the hearing.
List on 03.04.2024."
