RAJIV SHARMA,J A writ of Certiorari has been sought for quashing order dated 20.2.2018 (P.8) passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench in OA No.060/00644/2016 vide which respondent No.1 has been granted all the benefits which were admissible to his counter parts in the State of Punjab.

We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the impugned judgment.

The petitioner has admitted in their counter affidavit filed in the Original Application that the services of respondent No.1 are governed by the Punjab Rules. Moreover, it is a consensual order, thus we find no fault in the judgment impugned.

Dismissed.
