*** RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing complaint bearing No.105 dated 22.07.2014, under Section 3(1) X of Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) act 1989 and Sections 323, 506, 365 and 34 IPC (P-1) and summoning order dated 16.07.2015 (P-2) and charge sheet dated 24.05.2017 (P-3) along with all subsequent proceedings arising out of the same on the basis of compromise dated 02.02.2019 (P-4) Pursuant to order dated 14.02.2019 of this Court, the parties appeared before the trial Court on 12.03.2019, to get their statements recorded. Learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Barnala, has submitted his report vide letter bearing No.1185/Ahlmad dated 13.03.2019, duly forwarded by ld. District and Sessions Judge, Barnala, SONIKA 2019.05.27 18:16 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

CRM-M-7082 of 2019 --2-- vide Endst No.1622/EB, dated 14.03.2019.

According to the report, ld. Additional District and Sessions Judge, Barnala, is satisfied that the compromise entered into between the parties is genuine, voluntary, without coercion or undue influence. In compliance of order dated 07.05.2019, photocopy of receipt qua deposit of costs duly attested by learned counsel for the petitioner has also been produced in Court today. The same is taken on record. Be tagged at appropriate place.

Considering the report of ld. Additional District and Sessions Judge, Barnala, dated 13.03.2019 and the fact that the compromise will bring peace and harmony in relations between the parties, aforesaid complaint bearing No.105 dated 22.07.2014 along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, is quashed qua the petitioner only. Disposed of accordingly.
