Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No. 127 dated 25.07.2023, registered under Sections 21(1) of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957, registered at Police Station Garhshankar, District Hoshiarpur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has complied with the order dated 27.02.2024 and has joined the investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Ravish Kumar submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required. 4.
In view of above, the petition is allowed. The order dated 27.02.2024 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner, is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so by the Investigating Agency and shall abide by the Manju 2024.03.23 10:22 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
