The present contempt petition has been filed pleading wilful disobedience of order dated 30.04.2018 passed by this Court in CWP No.520 of 2017.

Reply by way of affidavit of Yogesh Ranga, Estate Officer, HSVP, Karnal annexing order dated 22.05.2019 has been filed today in the Court, same is taken on record. Copy of reply is handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that she may be permitted to withdraw the contempt petition as no cause of action survives for pursuing the contempt petition.
