ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein inter alia is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No.2 to provide opportunity of personal hearing before appointing Enquiry Officer to hold regular departmental enquiry directed against the petitioner vide office order dated 09.04.2021 (Annexure P-1).

In course of arguments also, limited grievance made out is that before initiating the departmental proceedings and/or issuance of show cause notice, petitioner was not granted opportunity of personal hearing as envisaged under Rule 7(4) of the Haryana Civil Services (Punishment and Appeal) Rules, 2016.

Facts are not necessary. Since on advance service, learned State counsel appears and under instructions of Sh. Dinesh Kumar, DDA in the Office of Additional Chief Secretary, Haryana states that the grievance of the petitioner will be duly mitigated and he can now approach the competent GURPREET KAUR 2022.03.03 10:54 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
authority for affording him a personal hearing and the same shall be granted as per mutual convenience.

In view of the aforesaid, the proceedings before this Court are rendered infructuous.
