(ORAL) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further at this stage with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the objections before the authorities concerned. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that liberty be also given to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy against the private respondents as admissible to him under the criminal jurisprudence.
