(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for quashing FIR No. 35 dated 05.04.2018 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 447 and 511 IPC at Police Station Bilga, District Jalandhar Rural and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. Learned State counsel submits that the instant petition has rendered infructuous, in view of the fact the cancellation report against the petitioner has been filed in the concerned Court on 08.07.2019 and the same is pending consideration for 15.02.2020.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
