Learned counsel for the State has filed a status report by way of affidavit of Dinesh Yadav, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Palwal. Learned State counsel has pointed out that as per the status report, the cancellation report was prepared in the present case on 22.06.2023 and that now the cancellation report stands approved.
