       Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.13 dated 15.01.2022, registered at Police Station Jamalpur, District Ludhiana, under Section 379-B IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959.

Vide order dated 07.03.2022 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Amarjit Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 07.03.2022 AMAN JAIN 2022.05.19 18:18 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
