***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) Petitioner No.1, namely, Subhash Chander, as well as respondent No.1, namely, Krishan Kumar (landlord), are present before the court today.

At this stage, counsel for the parties submit that the compromise has been effected between the parties and the compromise deed has been placed on record as Annexure C-1. In consonance with the terms settled between the parties, the vacant possession of the tenanted premises has been handed over by the petitioners to the respondents, which fact has also been admitted by respondent No.1, who is present before the court today. Also, the Demand Draft bearing No. 038802 dated 03.12.2024, has been handed over by respondent No.1 to the counsel representing the petitioners. In view of the compromise so reached between the parties, the present revision petition is hereby disposed of. (ARCHANA PURI) 10.12.2024 JUDGE
