For the reasons enumerated in the application, the same is allowed and CRM-M-9147-2023 is taken on Board for today itself. CRM stands disposed of.

CRM-M-9147-2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that he does not want to pursue the present regular bail petition filed by the petitioner as he wants to avail the legal remedy available to him before the trial Court and withdraws the same.

In view of the statement, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
