This petition, under Section 438 Cr.P.C., has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 63, dated 2nd February, 2021, under Sections 120-B, 420, 467, 468 and 471 IPC, registered at Police Station City, Karnal, District Karnal.

The petitioner was granted interim bail on 31st August, 2021. Thereafter the stand of the State was that the petitioner joined the investigation but was not cooperating.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been named in two FIRs and arrested therein. He seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail the remedies in PRASHANT KAPOOR 2022.02.09 15:19 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
