RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for issuance of direction to the respondents to immediately repair/construct the street adjoining to his House of which repair work has been left incomplete from the year 2018 and whereas old concrete street was dismantled for laying down of new pavement and sewage work at that time by respondents No.4 and 5, which has caused entry of drainage and rain water into petitioner's house.

Learned counsel for respondents No.4 and 5- M.C. has filed the reply by way affidavit of of Shri Ashok Pathria, Executive Officer, Municipal Council, Nangal. He has submitted that grievances raised by the petitioner regarding construction/repair of street in front of his house has already been completed with the assistance of technical staff. He has submitted that the work has been completed and the pavers have also been MEENU 2023.12.18 14:52 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

CWP-4622-2021 -2laid. He has produced on record the photographs of the street before and after the repair. He submits that construction of the street has been completed to the satisfaction of the residents of the locality and thus, no grievances of the petitioner is pending.

In view of the above submission made by learned counsel for M.C., the present petition is disposed of as infructuous as grievances of the petitioner have been redressed. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to avail his remedy in case any further cause of action accrues to him. December 16, 2023 ( RAJESH BHARDWAJ ) meenuss JUDGE 1.
