**** JAGMOHAN BANSAL , J. (Oral) The petitioner through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is seeking quashing of FIR No.53 dated 01.02.2021 registered at Police Station Sector 32-33, Karnal, under Sections 498-A, 406, 323, 506 of IPC.

Learned State counsel submits that look out circular has already been issued against the petitioner and he is absconding from the process of law.

On 13.05.2022, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was adjourned. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner Dismissed for non-prosecution.
