        Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.122, dated 17.11.2021, registered at Police Station Cantt. Ferozepur, District Ferozepur, under Sections 341, 323, 379-B and 34 IPC Vide order dated 28.02.2022 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.

     

 

   

 

   

 

 





  Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Sukhdev Raj, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 28.02.2022 granting interim bail to the petitioner, is made absolute, subject to the AMAN JAIN 2022.04.26 18:18 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
