**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant Grade Pay (GP) of Rs.8,000/- w.e.f. 14.12.2011 and Annual Grade Pay (AGP) of Rs.9,000/- w.e.f. 14.12.2016.

Learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had earlier approached this Court by way of CWP-18404-2019 for redressal of his grievances; that the said writ petition was disposed of vide order dated 10.07.2019, directing the respondents to decide the representation dated 27.02.2018 moved by the petitioner, within three months and that in compliance of the said order, the petitioner has been granted partial benefit vide order dated 22.01.2020 passed by the Special Secretary to Government of Haryana, Higher Education Department, Panchkula.

CWP-3129-2023 (O&M) -2Learned Senior counsel for the petitioner further submits that for the remaining grievance, the petitioner had again approached the respondent-Department; that vide letter dated 25.08.2021, the Principal, Government College for Women, Bhiwani, has again recommended the name of the petitioner for consideration to grant of selection grade, as per Rules, which are still pending consideration before the Higher Authorities.

On the asking of this Court, Ms. Tanushree Gupta, DAG Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. I have heard the learned counsel for the parties. The petitioner is directed to move a fresh representation raising all his remaining grievances to the Additional Chief Secretary Higher Education, Haryana, within 15 days from the receipt of the certified copy of this order, if so advised. On his doing so, the Additional Chief Secretary Higher Education, Haryana is directed to decide the same, within 8 weeks thereafter, by passing a detailed speaking order, as per law.

Disposed of in the above terms.
