Present petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioners in FIR No.210 dated 24.12.2019, under Sections 306 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Lalru, District SAS Nagar Mohali.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 21.02.2023, the petitioners have joined the investigation. 3.

Learned State counsel, being instructed by SI Rajinder Singh submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation and are not required for further investigation.
