***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Petitioner has impugned order dated 01.02.2019 whereby he has been transferred from Police Lines, Fazilka to District Moga. It has been urged that the transfer is mala fide as in a short span of five months, petitioner has been transferred three times.

As the transfer is an exigency of service and matter pertains to the armed forces, this court is not inclined to interfere. Petition is, thus, hereby dismissed.
