(ORAL) Petition herein is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to disburse remuneration to the petitioners-Village Level Entrepreneurs from the funds under Haryana ESeva Scheme for Common Service Centers-2014 read with letter dated 18.03.2016 (Annexure P-1) as per the legal entitlement. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have set up E-Seva Kendra with different Gram Sachivalyas. Said e-seva is being managed by them, as per the guidelines issued by the respondents from time to time. Despite availing the full services of the E-Seva Kendra and having funds available for the purpose, the payment of monthly remuneration has not been paid for almost four years. Resultantly, petitioners have run e-sewa at their own expenses 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners qua their aforesaid grievance caused issuance of a legal notice dated 01.09.2021 (Annexure P-2) but to no avail. Hence, the instant petition. VANDANA 2022.03.01 12:05 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

On advance service, learned State counsel joins proceedings and opposes issuance of notice of motion and submits that competent authority shall take decision either way, on the pending legal notice of the petitioners, in due course.

Learned counsel for the petitioners also agrees that let a final decision be taken, by the competent authority on the pending legal notice dated 01.09.2021 (Annexure P-2).

Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek return by any of the respondents as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to look into the grievance of the petitioners as per legal notice dated 01.09.2021 (Annexure P-2) and also by keeping in view the contentions raised in the present petition by treating the same as supplementary representation and take a decision, in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. 8.

Disposed of accordingly.
