**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the list of allegations issued vide Memo No.5/702016 HRG-1(1) dated 28.10.2017. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, though, the petitioner has retired as Principal on 31.05.2021, yet the entire retiral benefits have not been released till date; that on 28.10.2017, memo No.3181 (No.5/70-2016 HRG-1(1)) under Rule 7 of Haryana Civil Services (Punishment and Appeal) Rules, 2016, has been issued to the petitioner; that, thereafter, chargesheet dated 20.12.2017, has been issued to the petitioner by the Director Secondary Education, Haryana and that the said memo and the chargesheet are still under consideration. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner confines his argument that memo dated 28.10.2017 and chargesheet dated 20.12.2017 be brought to their logical end, at the earliest. On the asking of this Court, Ms. Tanushree Gupta, DAG Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 4 only and submits that she has no objection, if the aforesaid limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is allowed, at this stage. I have heard the learned counsel for the parties. In view of the above, the Additional Chief Secretary, Government of Haryana, is directed to take cognizance of the matter and bring to a logical end the memo dated 28.10.2017 and the chargesheet dated 20.12.2017, within 6 months from the receipt of the certified copy of this order, by passing a detailed speaking order, as per law. Disposed of in the above terms.
