HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.10 dated 08.01.2022 under Sections 279,336,427 IPC (Sections 420,467,468,471,473,201,120-B IPC and Section 61 of the Punjab Excise (Haryana Amendment Bill, 2020) Act, 1911 added later on), Police Station Behal, District Bhiwani.
Vide order dated 11.03.2022, this Court while granting the concession of interim anticipatory bail directed the petitioner to join investigation.
Learned State counsel states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required. In view of above, the petition is allowed. The order dated 11.03.2022 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner, is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so by the Investigating Agency and shall abide by the conditions of Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
