The petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail in respect of the aforementioned FIR.

The State has filed a copy of report dated 12.5.2023 of Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) pertaining to comparison of the voice samples with the audio recording as per which the questioned recording is probable voice of the same person, whose specimen voice samples had been furnished. After arguing at length and upon finding that this Court was not agreeing with the contentions raised on behalf of the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to surrender before the trial Court and to apply for grant of regular bail.

In view of the aforesaid request, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
