(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing order dated 04.06.2019 (Annexure P-1) of the trial Court, whereby petitioner has been declared proclaimed offender in case FIR No.514 dated 08.11.2019 under Section 174-A IPC. Learned counsel for the petitioner, referring to order dated 12.03.2019 of a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court passed in CRM-M-9145 of 2018 (Surender @ Surender Verma v. State of Haryana), contends that impugned order dated 04.06.2019 (Annexure P-1) is illegal inasmuch as no notice was ever served upon the petitioner in the aforesaid FIR. Parties have now compromised.

Heard.

Considering the fact that petitioner has been declared proclaimed offender, he is directed to surrender before the trial Court within a week from today. He shall be at liberty to raise all the pleas, which have RAVINDER SINGH 2020.02.17 12:17 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
