Present applicaƟon has been filed under SecƟon 378(4) Cr.P.C. for grant of special leave to appeal against judgment dated 24.11.2015 passed by Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, SAS Nagar, Mohali.

Counsel for the applicant submits that despite their best efforts they are unable to know the addresses of the legal heirs.

On the last date i.e. 05.11.2024, following order was passed:- "Vide order dated 18.01.2023, another opportunity was sought to bring on record legal heirs of the applicant (since deceased) and the same has not been complied with.

Counsel represenƟng the applicant seeks an adjournment to comply with the said order.

May do so posiƟvely by next date of hearing.

On request, list on 26.11.2024.

It is clarified that in case necessary steps are not taken to implead the legal heirs of the applicant-appellant, then this Court shall dismiss the present leave to appeal for non prosecuƟon."
