RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to official respondents no.2 to 4 to do free, fair and proper investigation of the matter and to take remedial action on the complaint dated 25.01.2023 submitted by the petitioner and to get the detailed inquiry into the matter through a senior official or any independent agency and to take appropriate action against the private respondent, including registration of FIR.

It has been submitted by counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner would be satisfied if her representation, dated 24.01.2023, Annexure P-1, is decided in a time-bound manner. Notice of motion to official respondents only. On asking of the Court, Mr.B.S.Virk, DAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent/State. After hearing counsel for the parties and going through the record, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3, i.e. the Superintendent of Police, Panipat, District Panipat, to look into MEENU 2023.03.01 10:32 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
