(Oral) The present petition has been filed for the quashing of an FIR No.63 dated 21.03.2018 under Section 420 IPC registered with Police Station Sadar Tarn Taran, District Tarn Taran (Annexure P-1) and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise. According to report received from Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tarn Taran dated 01.04.2021 in terms of the order dated 26.02.2021 passed by this Court, none of the parties appeared before the Illaqa Magistrate to get their statements recorded. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed.
