Challenge in the present petition is to the order dated 10.6.2011, whereby the petitioner was declared a proclaimed offender. On 23.4.2024, the following order was passed:

'Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as also learned counsel appearing for the complainant-victim are ad-idem that an amicable settlement have been arrived at between the parties. The dispute(s) between the parties pertain to matrimonial discord. Put up on 20.5.2024.

Operation of the impugned order dated 10.6.2011 is stayed till the next date of hearing.'

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and upon perusal of the record, it transpires that the matter emanates from FIR relating to matrimonial dispute which has been amicably settled between the parties Ashwani Kumar 2024.10.28 17:04 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M No.8668 of 2023 -2and the FIR has been quashed vide a separate order of even date passed in CRM-M No.9965 of 2019.

Therefore, keeping in view the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, the impugned order dated 10.6.2011, is quashed.

Accordingly, the petition stands allowed.
