Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner states that the petitioner intends to approach the Court of Sessions by way of filing a fresh application for regular bail in view of the changed circumstances, as such he be permitted to withdraw the present petition by preponing the date of hearing.

For the reasons mentioned in the application and in the interest of justice, the application is accepted and the main case is taken up today for hearing.
