The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of necessary direction to the respondents No.1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner from the hands of respondent No.4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for a short accommodation to place on record certain additional documents. 3.

However, learned counsel for respondent No.4 as well as learned State counsel submits that the complaint lodged by the petitioner has already been looked into and the reply has been filed. Copy of the reply has been supplied to the counsel for the petitioner. 4.

In light of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition.
