[1] Due to COVID-19 situation, the Court is convened through video conference.

[2] This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed for quashing of orders dated 5th February, 2020 and 15th February, 2022 passed by Special Judge, Gurdaspur whereby applications filed by the petitioner under Section 311 Cr.P.C. were dismissed. [3] After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars.
