(ORAL) The petitioner, through the instant petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is seeking direction to official respondents to register FIR against respondent No. 4 under different Sections of IPC. Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that on 12.05.2021, respondent No. 4 committed offence punishable under Section 307, 352, 354, 354A, 354B, 295, 427 and 506 IPC. The petitioner approached police authorities, however, police under the influence of respondent No. 4 has registered FIR against the petitioner under Section 307 IPC apart from other sections of IPC. Notice of motion.

CRM- 9645 of 2023 -2Parkash, submits that brother of the petitioner has been granted regular bail and other family members of the petitioner have been granted concession of anticipatory bail by this Court. He further submits that police is investigating the matter in free and fair manner. He assures the Court that police before filing its report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. would look into representation of the petitioner and if it is found that respondent No. 4 has committed any offence, appropriate action shall be taken against him.
Without commenting on merits of the case, present petition is disposed of with a direction to investigating agency to look into representation of the petitioner before concluding investigation of FIR mentioned above registered against the petitioner and her family members.
Disposed of.
