******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for appellant argues that after filing of complaint by appellant, it was sent to police for report under Section 202 Cr.P.C. and report was received, which find mentioned in para 3 of impugned order. One Raj Kumari by impersonating as appellant had executed a sale deed of her plot in favour of Nirmala Devi, who further sold the same to respondent. The appellant was not aware of this fact at the time of filing of complaint.
Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the instant appeal with liberty to file fresh complaint incorporating all the facts which have come on record as per report of police under Section 202 Cr.P.C.
