(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been acquitted in the criminal case bearing FIR No.38 dated 18.09.2018 under Section 216 IPC and now he would approach the department by means of representation and this writ petition may be ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to approach the department.

Learned State counsel has no objection to the aforesaid course.
