Grievance of the petitioners is that their juniors are drawing higher pay than them. They have already served a legal notice, Annexure P8. However, no decision has been taken so far. Notice of motion.

On the asking of court, Mr. P.S. Bajwa, Addl. A.G. Punjab, who is present in court, accepts notice. He submits that the concerned authority shall consider the matter and pass a speaking order within one month from today.

In view of aforesaid statement, no further direction is necessary. Petition is hereby disposed of.
