RITU BAHRI, J.(Oral) Petitioner is seeking issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing impugned transfer order dated 07.02.2020 (P-1) Learned counsel for the petitioner has referred to certificate dated 21.02.2018 (P-5) issued by Civil Surgeon, Jind which shows that the petitioner is suffering from Cardiac and this disease comes under Chronic disease. The petitioner was operated on 24.11.2016. In this regard, petitioner has also given representation dated 10.02.2020 (P-6).

Issue notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Harish Nain, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State.

Keeping in view the fact that the petitioner is suffering from chronic diseases and the fact that transfer will affect his family, this petition at this stage is being disposed of by giving direction to the respondent No. 1 to decide the representation dated 10.02.2020 (P-6) and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of one week.
