CWP-4875-2021 The petitioner has invoked the jurisdiction of this Court in terms of Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking prayer by way of writ of mandamus for issuance of directions to the respondents to count service rendered by the petitioner with Union of India and thereafter fix pay and pension and grant all other consequential benefits and to decide the representation dated 25.10.2019, Annexure P-5.
