(Oral) Counsel for the State, on instructions, submits that the claim of the petitioners for grant of D.A. to the tune of Rs.6,76,084/- is sanctioned and sent to the Treasury Officer, for disbursement and the same will be disbursed within a period of 08 weeks from today. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to revive this petition, if so advised.
