****  5 & *)6+ Prayer in this petition is for transfer of the investigation of the present case for fair and impartial investigation by some fair and impartial agency out of Karnal.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from Sub Inspector Satyawan, informs that investigation of the present case is already transferred to Superintendent of Police, Panipat vide order dated 22.02.2024 passed by IGP, Karnal.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the State, he may be permitted to withdraw this petition.
