By way of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioners are seeking direction to respondents No.2 & 3, to protect their lives and liberty at the hands of private respondents. 2.

In terms of order dated 15.02.2025, of this Court, learned State counsel has filed the status report dated 18.02.2025 in Court today, which is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. Office to tag the same at appropriate place.

A copy thereof has been handed over to the counsel for the petitioners.

As per the status report, both the petitioners have performed their marriage with each other on 04.02.2025, after attaining the age of majority and none of them is now having any threat from respondents No.4 & 5. In that regard, respective statements of the parties concerned have also JAWALA RAM 2025.02.20 19:30 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

After perusing the status report, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks withdrawal of the present petition by submitting that, as of now, there is no threat to the lives and liberty of the petitioners. Therefore, the petition may be disposed of as not being pressed. 5.
